Mészáros Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 (0,75 L)

Cabernet Sauvignon is a world species, which can be found in many wine regions, and has been grown in the Szekszárd region for 100 years. It yields a full-bodied, dark-coloured wine. In the Szekszárd wine region, it is characterized by soft acids and spiciness. These grapes are picked last, at the beginning or mid-November, in perfect quality each year.

 The healthy and ripe grapes come from the hills embracing the city of Szekszárd, and are picked from vines with 1.5 kg load, pre-selected by green harvest (limited crop levels). The grapes are gently processed, which means the mesh is slightly macerated, and, as a result, strong tannins are not extracted, and our wine will be velvety and easily drinkable, subsequently aged in oak barrels.

It is deep dark in colour, a full-bodied, very rich and valuable wine, with its decorating features being blackberries, blackcurrants, a nice overall effect saturated with tannins. Its scent is a combination of cabernet-like fragrances and those resulting from ageing in oak barrels. Recommended to accompany meat dishes. Recommended serving temperature: 18-20 ºC
