A classic "Blanc de Blancs", a sparkling wine made from 100% white grapes – in our case chardonnay and a blend of pinot blanc and furmint – with the base wine coming from our Magyal vineyard. It is greenish yellow in colour, with a pastry, yeasty, and peach blossom nose, while the palate is mainly characterised by pineapple and a hint of tropical fruits with refreshing carbonic acid.
It is excellent as an aperitif, but is also recommended with fish dishes, chilled at 6-8°C.
