Elegant appearance with a pale green color. The fragrance is refreshing with, apple, mixed with citrus and a hint of tart lime in the nose. By the taste it opens with a vibrant acidity and then the citrus, nettle-mint arrives. It finishes with grass, elderberry, gosseberry.
